📋 Overview

Music Player ("the App") is a personal music streaming application for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third party.

📦 Information We Access

The App may access the following information:

• Google Account profile — your name and email address, used solely to identify your signed-in session within the App.
• Google Drive file metadata — file names, sizes, MIME types, and folder structure, used to display your audio library.
• Google Drive audio file content — streamed directly to your device for playback. Files are never uploaded or stored on any external server.
• Local device files — audio files you choose to import from your device's Documents folder.

🚫 What We Do NOT Do

• We do not download, copy, or store your Google Drive files on any server.
• We do not modify, delete, or upload any files to your Google Drive.
• We do not share your Google account information with any third party.
• We do not track your listening habits or usage analytics.
• We do not display advertising.
• We do not collect payment information.

🔑 How We Use Your Information

• Display your name and email in the App's profile section.
• Browse your Google Drive folders and show audio files available for playback.
• Stream audio content directly from Google Drive to your device.
• Maintain your signed-in session between App launches via secure on-device token storage (Google SDK Keychain).

💾 Data Storage

All authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain, managed by the Google Sign-In SDK. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Any audio files you choose to download for offline playback are saved locally on your device and remain under your full control.

🔒 Security

We use Google's official Sign-In SDK (GoogleSignIn) and OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with Google. Your Google password is never seen or stored by the App. All communication with Google APIs uses HTTPS encryption.

👤 Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can remove the App's access to your Google account at any time:

• Sign out in-app — open the App → Settings or Google Drive tab → tap the sign-out button. This clears all stored tokens from your device.
• Revoke access via Google — visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "Music Player" from the list of connected apps.

After sign-out, no Google account data remains on your device or our systems.

👶 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
